1-2 Cups Spinach (I used fresh frozen- it's breaks apart and is easier to mix up in something like this.)
15 medium mushrooms (Wash and remove the stems, but keep for something else!)
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded white cheese of your choice
(1) 6 oz container of spinach dip (we didn't like it for dip, so I upcycled it...HA)
Place the mushrooms in a baking dish. Using a mini scooper, put filling into mushroom caps. Cover with more cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 mins.
Sprinkle tops with Panko breadcrumbs.
Broil for 5 mins or until browned.
