Blackberry (No Cook) Freezer Jam

This is way too easy.

Get out:
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
Blackberries - Fresh or frozen (but thawed)- enough to yield 4 cups when mashed
1 package Freezer Jam Pectin

 In a food processor- pulse the berries until 'mashed' but not pureed.














Combine sugar and pectin in mixer. Add mashed berries and mix for about 3 minutes.


















Pour into containers. Let sit for about 20 minutes, then put in freezer.
