Beef Barley Soup (Freezer Meal)

Place the following in a Freezer Bag:

3 cups Diced Carrots
1/2 large Head of Cabbage (Shredded) (Halved
1 1/2 Cups Barley
10 Beef Boullion Cubes
1 lb small chunks of Beef
1 tbsp garlic

Date & label bag with directions:

*Place contents of bag in crockpot.  Add 1 large or 2 small cans (approx 30 oz) of diced tomatoes.  Cover with water (no more than 10 cups). Cook on keep warm for 8-10 hours or low for 6-7.  I don't suggest high crocking beef- it makes it tough.

Season & Serve.
*Suggested seasonings- Salt, Pepper, Oregano, Onion Powder, Basil, etc
