Crocked Hawaiian Chicken (Freezer Meal)

This is my new all time favorite meal!!!  The flavors are absolutely amazing!



Gather ingredients and dump into a gallon size ziploc bag.

3/4 C Soy Sauce
3/4 C White Sugar
1/3 C Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp Minced Garlic
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
2 tbsp Cornstarch
Regardless if you are making this ahead of time as a freezer meal or wanting to make right away, I suggest freezing the contents at least overnight.  Since the size of the chicken thighs are fairly small, They will cook quickly regardless of time and setting.  Having them frozen ahead of time and crocking on 'keep warm' with maintain the tender meat quality.     
Frozen and thrown in the crock this morning.  It's on 'keep warm' and will be for 10 hours. 

When you are ready to eat, steam some rice and serve together.
