Crocked Nacho Pasta (Freezer Meal)

This was a complete and total 'wing it' meal.  Very easy to make into a freezer meal, but not really necessary as there are no completely fresh ingredients (besides the cheese).

Dump the following into your crock:

1/2 box elbow noodle pasta -around 1 1/3 cups dry (or shape of your choice)
1 1/2 cups water
1 can (with the liquid) diced tomatoes
1 can cheese type condensed soup
2 cups pre cooked taco meat (I use ground turkey)
1 packet 'recipe secrets' onion seasoning
Taco seasoning (about 1 tbsp)

Turn crock on high and check every once in a while to make sure nothing is burning.  It only takes about an hour to cook the noodles in the crockpot.

When the noodles are done, stir well and sprinkle whatever shredded cheese blend on top (about 2 cups).  Recover and let melt.

Garnish with crushed tortilla chips.

For Freezer Meal:
Put all ingredients into a ziploc bag minus the water and cheese.  If you want to make sure all the ingredients are available when you go to make it from the freezer, put the portioned shredded cheese in a separate small ziplock and freeze outside the bag. Next time you get to the end of a bag of tortilla chips, save the crumbs for the topping instead of tossing away.
