Caribbean Salad with Creamy Honey Lime Dressing







Salad
Iceburg Lettuce Blend (with Red Cabbage)
Mandarin Oranges
Pineapple Chunks
Finely Sliced Red Onion
Green Onion (for garnish)
Diced Tomatoes
Avocado Chunks
Colored Peppers
Cilantro (for garnish)



Creamy Honey Lime Dressing:
1/4 cup lime juice (2 limes) 
tablespoons grapeseed oil
tablespoons honey or agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Dash paprika
1/2 C Vanilla Yogurt

Pulse in a food processor or blender.
Makes about 1 cup.
