You'll need:
4 Egg Whites
10 Basil Leaves (chopped)
1 whole Roma tomato (diced)
1/3 C Mozzarella Cheese
S & P
Mix the egg whites, basil and tomato together.
Spray a large frying pan.
Pour mixture in pan and let cook over medium heat until almost complete cooked thoroughly.
Add cheese, fold omelette in half and let cook for a couple minutes longer to melt the cheese.
Salt & Pepper to taste.
157 Calories, 21 Grams Protein.
