This is quite simple and the ingredients are few.
You'll need:
Horseradish
Panko Crumbs
Cod (or other white fish)
Garlic Salt
Parsley
Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees.
Thaw the fish and line a baking dish with tinfoil.
Place the thawed fish in the dish and season generously with garlic salt.
Spread a thin layer of horseradish on the tops of the fillets.
Cover (Generously) with Panko Crumbs.
Bake for 30-40 mins or until fish is cooked thoroughly.
Garnish with parsley flakes.
