'Copycat' Popeyes Red Beans & Rice
I have had a severe craving for Popeyes Red Beans & Rice lately.... Popeyes is kind of a ways away and I don't really like the idea of lard in my food anyway. So..... I found a copycat recipe and healthified it... This was the second time I made it in 2 weeks.... everyone tore it up!
